Due to minimal charging reasons, Afiyah Counsel and Care will not accept or entertain any refund requests unless in the case of coach client, who was not assigned a coach within 3 days of payment confirmation.

 

The duration of one coaching session is 30 minutes and one counseling session is 40 minutes. To extend a session beyond the allotted timing, additional deduction will occur depending upon the duration extended. In case of lack of sufficient balance, the used minutes will be carried over during the next billing time.

 

In cases of non-interest in availing services post payment, the paid amount can be gifted or transferred to a friend or family who may wish to avail the said service.

 

The validity of each services are as below:

 

  1. Individual Counseling Session payment is of 30 Days from the date of payment confirmation
  2. Combo Counseling Package is of 90 Days from the date of payment confirmation
  3. Coaching package is 30 Days from the date of payment confirmation
  4. Coaching + Counseling Combo is of 60 Days from the date of payment confirmation
  5. Webinar Recordings is 120 Days from the date of payment confirmation

 

Any unused credit available beyond the validity period will lead to expiration of package or cancellation of package subscription. The client will have to make a fresh payment to renew or avail further services.

 

Note : Scheduling sessions is client responsibility and not that of therapist. In cases, where the assigned counselor/coach did not provide slots, the same can be notified via email at admin@afiyahcounselandcare.com. After validity expiration, no requests will be heard unless renewed.

 

We constantly aim to improve our services and its quality, if you, as a client, are unhappy about our services, you may send us a grievance email at admin@afiyahcounselandcare.com and the relevant department will look into it and address your concern.

 

In case of dissatisfaction with counselor’s approach, a switch of counselor/coach is possible by initiating a request at admin@afiyahcounselandcare.com and the relevant department will assist and do the needful. In such scenario, the session will resume from that point only and no previously used credits will be restored back to session credit. The left over credit balance will be taken into account further.

 

In Case of Cancellation or Reschedule of sessions, the counselor/coach has to be informed 24 hours prior unless in case of emergency where the client has to inform atleast 3 hours prior to reschedule but not cancel, failure to do so will lead to expiration of 1 session from your credit balance.

 

Rescheduling of appointment can happen only once.

 

Late arrivals upto 10 minutes will be accommodated, showing up beyond 10 minutes will automatically lead to cancellation of session and if no available balance session credit, then a fresh payment will have to be made to avail next session.

 

In case of urgency, the counselor/coach holds the right to change your appointment time and slot along with an intimation. No complaints will be taken into consideration for that.

 

Usually Session happens once in a week and the counselor/coach has the freedom to set the available time slot. Request for immediate or urgent session can be made but Counselor/Coach will have the final say regarding availability.

 

It is responsibility of the client to complete available session credit within the validity time period by contacting the assigned Counselor/Coach to fix a session.
